- Plan and coordinate corporate and private events
- Manage event logistics including suppliers, staging, lighting, and AV
- Liaise with venues, vendors, and clients
- Oversee event setup and on-site coordination
- Maintain event schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Ensure smooth execution from planning to completion
- Experience in event coordination or event management
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required

- Identify and approach businesses needing recruitment support

- Build long-term relationships with employers
- Generate new recruitment leads and partnerships
- Work with the recruitment team to fill client vacancies
- Experience in recruitment sales, staffing, or B2B business development preferred
